  • NO. We do not invest company funds.

  • We like to carefully study all the projects we invest in before making a commitment with our client. Like any other company, we operate expecting a margin of profit. So, before we can answer that question, we like to discuss and asses the particulars of every investment.

  • Yes, Investco Property Management charges a Closing Fee of 8% calculated on the net amount of funding provided in addition to Crosland Pacific participation.

  • Yes, we do. One of our agents or advisors will be able to explain all about it. Although, we feel it is important to stress that every project is different.

  • There is no Maximum per say; however, we generally do not like our transactions requiring funding to exceed $500M USD.

  • We do. In fact, we have found that start-ups, if carefully researched, can develop into a very successful and equally profitable partnership.

  • The process usually takes us about 60 working days.

  • Investco Property Management works alongside foreign investors in helping our clients obtain the funding they need.
